Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and Pt. Ll Chandra Mishra learned counsel for the complainant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to prosecution version the role of causing injuries is not assigned to the applicant. It has been assigned to other co-accused.
It is opposed by the learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the complainant by submitting that the applicant is having criminal antecedent.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Sonu Chaudhary alias Sunil involved in Case Crime No. 1002 of 2006, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 I.P.C. and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station , Kotwali, District Jhansi be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two heavy sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court.
