Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the allegation against the applicants and two other persons it that they discharged the shots by gun and country made pistol. Consequently, 4 persons received injuries, but the injuries received by the injured persons were simple in nature. Nothing abnormal was detected in X-ray. There is cross version also. From the side of the applicants also F.I.R. was registered and from the side of the applicants oner person has received injuries. The prosecution has not come with clean hands.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Satish and Vinod involved in Case Crime No. 281-A of 2006, under Sections 307 I.P.C. , Police Station Kairana District Muzaffarnagar be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
