It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there is no direct eye witness account. Only on the basis of the doubt and suspicion the applicant has been named in the F.I.R. and there is no evidence to show the involvement of the applicant.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Pradeep Ram involved in Case Crime No. 30 of 2006, under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B I.P.C. , Police Station Alinagar District Chandauli be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
