From the perusal of the record in the present case it appears that the applicants were released on bail uner Section 147, 148, 323, 324,, 504 I. P.C., PS. Farha, District Mathura by the learned A.C.J.M., 3rd, Mathura. The applicants remained on bail and they have not misused the sasme, but the charge sheet has been submitted under Section 325 and 308 I.P.c. also in case crime no. 24 of 2005., P.S. Farah, District Mathura.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and furnish their fresh bail bonds under Section 325 and 308 I.P.C. to the satisfaction of the court concerned the same shall be accepted in accordance with the provisions of law.
With the above directions the application is finally disposed of.
