Heard learned counsel for thepetitioner and also learned Standing counsel.

From aperusal of the materialson record and considering the argumentsof the parties, I am convinced that this is a fit case in which the matter may be heard by the Dsitrict Magistrate/Dsitrict Deputy Director Consolidation.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, itis directed that the revision shall be heard and decided by the District magistrate/District DeputyDirector Consoldation Kanpur Nagar.

Writ petition is disposed of finally. The record be transmitted tothe Dsitrict Magistrate who shall heard and decide the revision in accordance with law within aperiod of three months after hearing the parties.
