Appellants Kedar, Jai Prakash, Pramod and Jangi have preferred this appeal against the judgement and order dated 1.7.2006 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, F.T. Court No. 3, Ghazipur in S.T. No. 419 of 2004 whereby they have been found guilty and convicted under Sections 308/34, 323/34 and 504 IPC and sentenced to under go rigorous imprisonment extending up to 3 years and fine has also been imposed on them.
Heard Sri Parmatma Rai, learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The appeal is admitted.
Contention of the learned counsel for the appellants is that appellants are on interim bail from the trial Court.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, appellants be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned during the pendency of their appeal. They shall also deposit the half of the amount of fine as imposed on them and the realisation of the balance amount shall remain stayed during pendency of their appeal.
