Appellants Matai and Smt. Shyam have preferred this appeal against the judgement and order dated 6.7.2006 passed by learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Fatehpur in S.T. No. 60 2001 whereby they have been found guilty and convicted under Sections 323, 325, 504 IPC and Section 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act and sentenced to under go rigorous imprisonment up to five years and fine has also been imposed on them.
Heard Sri S. K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The appeal is admitted.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, appellants be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned during the pendency of their appeal. They shall deposit half of the the amount of fine as imposed on them and realisation of the balance amount shall remain stayed during pendency of their appeal.
