Appellants Pramod, Har Prasad and Mahavir Prasad have preferred this appeal against the judgement and order dated 7.5.2006 passed by Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 8, Mathura in S.T. No. 314 of 1999 whereby they have been found guilty and convicted under Sections 324/34 IPC and sentenced to under go rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years and fine has also been imposed on them.
Heard Sri P. K. Shukla, learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The appeal is admitted.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, appellants be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned during the pendency of their appeal. They shall also deposit the amount of fine as imposed on them.
