Heard counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.K. Yadav holding brief for Shri Anuj Kumar counsel for respondent no.4.

By order dated 21.3.2003 of the Additional Collector, Sonbhadra entry of Aa-Sankramani bhumidar in favour of the petitioner over the plot in dispute in Village Inam was directed to be expunged. The petitioner had claimed that there is a patta in his favour. However, the petitioner could not produce the patta. The proceedings book was relied upon in which the petitioner has been shown allotment in Village Balua and not in Village Inam. The entry over plots of Village Inam has been found to be farzi. The petitioner filed revision, which has been dismissed. The findings recorded by the authorities below are findings of fact and do not suffer from any error, which may call for interference.
