Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that there is dispute between the brothers. The applicants are real brothers and opposite party no. 2 is the wife of their 4th brother. The present complaint has been lodged on account of a family dispute for the purpose of harassment alleging false and frivolous allegations.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. the further proceedings in Criminal Complaint Case No. 240 of 2005 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Awala, Bareilly shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
List after 4 weeks for orders.
