This application is filed by the applicants Km. Neelam and Km Renu with a prayer that their bail application may be disposed of by the courts below expeditiously if possible on the same day in case crime no. 194 of 2005, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act. , P.S. Bindki, District Fatehpur.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are peace loving and law abiding person. They undertake that they shall co-operate with the proceedings of the trial and they shall not tamper with the evidence. It is further contended that the applicants want to appear before the court concerned, but there is reasonable apprehension in their mind that in case they appear before the court concerned and apply for bail their bail application shall not be considered and disposed of expeditiously or on the same day, so a suitable direction may be issued to the courts below that the bail application of the applicants may be considered and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail their bail application shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day. If any N.B.W. issued against the applicants the same shall be kept in abeyance for a period of 30 days only from today.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
