State Of U.P. v. Dayanand Rai And Others - GOVERNMENT APPEAL No. 1193 of 2003 [2006] RD-AH 11667 (17 July 2006)
|
Hon'ble R.C. Deepak J.
Hon'ble V.D.Chaturvedi J.
Heard learned A.G.A. for the State appellant and perused the record.
The accused respondents Shraddha Nand and Daya Nand also suffered injuries and the F.I.R. was lodged. The trial court appears to have considered all the facts and circumstances emerging from the record while passing the order of acquittal, we do not find any illegality in the judgment of the trial court and no interference is required.
The prayer to grant leave to file the appeal is hereby refused.
