Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has deposited the entire amount of cheque in dispute.

Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.  the further proceedings in Criminal Case No. 8/9 of 2005 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Electricity Act    shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.

List  after 4 weeks for orders.
