This is a writ petition filed by Gram Pradhan for a direction to the respondents no. 1 to 3 to take action against the fair price shop licensee ( respondent no. 4) on the ground that he has committed irregularities.
We have heard the counsel for the petitioner and Standing Counsel for the respondents.
In the circumstances of the case , the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 3. In case the representation is filed it may be decided by the concerned authority by a reasoned order at an early date, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of representation . The petitioner will file a certified copy of this order; necessary documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope alongwith the representation. The concerned authority after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner. Respondent no.3 shall also give an opportunity of hearing to respondent no.4 before passing any order in the matter.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
