Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application is filed by the applicants Banvari, Chandra Sekhar, Hari Ballabh alias Khanna and Manoj with a prayer that their bail application may be disposed of by the courts below expeditiously if possible on the same day in case crime no. 193 of 2004, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 I.P.C., P.S. Kashganj, District Etah.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the applicants and the facts that it is a case of no injury and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail their bail application shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day. No coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants for a period of 30 days only from today.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
