Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application is filed by the applicant Manoj Kumar with a prayer that his bail application may be disposed of by the courts below expeditiously ,if possible on the same day in case crime no. 321 of 2000, under Section 420 I.P.C., P.S. Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahar.
Considering the nature of allegations and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously , if possible, on the same day in accordance with the provisions of law. No coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants for a period of 30 days only from today.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
