This application is filed by the applicant Bal Krishna Sharma with a prayer that his bail application may be disposed of by the courts below expeditiously ,if possible on the same day in case Criminal Case no. 458 of 2005, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. and Sections 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T.(P.A.) Act P.S. Pilkhuva, District Ghaziabad.
Considering the nature of the allegations made against the applicant, it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail his bail application shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, if possible on the same day.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
