M/S Industrial Secretary v. U.P.P.C.L. And Others - WRIT - C No. 38477 of 2006 RD-AH 11953 (21 July 2006)
Hon'ble Yatindra Singh,J
The petitioner submitted his tender before the respondents. Thereafter he was given a notice dated 4.4.2006 by respondent no. 2 to explain some points mentioned therein. The petitioner has already filed a representation on 12.4.2006 before respondent no.2. As it has not been decided, present writ petition has been filed.
We have heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel for the respondents.
In the circumstances of the case it would be appropriate that the petitioner's representation dated 12.4.2006 may be decided by the concerned authority by a reasoned order at an early date, and if possible, within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner along with certified copy of this order will also file a copy of his aforesaid explanation, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope. The concerned respondent after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
