Hon'ble Umeshwar Pandey, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is aggrieved against the order of the trial court as well as the revisional court whereby he has been directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,82,000/- for the release of the vehicle kept with the financier. The orders of the trial court as well as the revisional court are passed in pursuance to the order of this court (Annexure-6) whereby a direction was given to the trial court to consider the release of the vehicle in case adequate security is furnished in accordance with law. In pursuance to the order of this court, the trial court has passed an order for depositing the aforesaid sum in the court and thereafter for the release of the vehicle. The money of the petitioner is to remain with the court. Obviously, the order does not appear to be erroneous or defective in any respect calling for an interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by this court.
The petition having no force is hereby dismissed.
