Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that in the present case the applicants have been summoned to face the trial on the basis of the complaint filed by the opposite party o. 2. The complaint is a counter blast of the NCR filed by Mohan Lal against Guddu S/o Opposite party no. 2. In the present case nobody has received any injury.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. the further proceedings in Criminal Complaint Case No. 8242 of 2002, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
