The dispute raised in the present writ petition pertains to the appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra.  In view of the Government Order dated 2.5.2006 it is desirable that the petitioner may first approach the District Magistrate in respect of the grievances raised, therefore, it is provided that the petitioner may make a representation ventilating all her grievances within 10 days from today along with a certified copy of this order before the District Magistrate.

On such a representation being made District Magistrate shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order after affording opportunity to the selected candidates, preferably within four weeks, thereafter.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
