Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The transfer of Suit No. 134 of 2004 has been prayed from District Gautam Budh Nagar to District Ghaziabad on the ground that there is apprehension of danger to the life of the applicant while attending the case at Gautam Budh Nagar. How and in what circumstances, the apprehension of danger is there is not properly explained. Gautam Budh Nagar is adjacent district of Ghaziabad and if some apprehension of danger to life is there at Gautam Budh Nagar, it may also be there on Ghaziabad too. Therefore, there does not appear any justifiable ground to transfer the suit from one district to other district.

The petition is wholly without force and is hereby dismissed.
