Learned counsel for the revisionists while not pressing this revision has prayed for some time to be granted by this court to the applicants-petitioners to vacate the premises in question. In this context the learned counsel, Sri Madhusudan Dixit, undertakes on behalf of his clients that they will vacate the premises in dispute within a period of two months positively from today and till that period the revisionists may be given respite for searching out another suitable accommodation for themselves. Accordingly, in the light of aforesaid undertaking and the statement given by the learned counsel, the revision-petition is hereby dismissed with this direction that the revisionists may not be evicted from the premises in question for coming next two months from today. In case they fail to vacate the premises within the provided period, they would be liable for violation of the aforesaid undertaking and would also be hauled for contempt of this order. In that case their eviction shall be got done with all required police force and necessary administrative assistance by the orders of the executing court.
A copy of this order be provided to the revisionists' counsel on payment of due fees today only.
