Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. the further proceedings in Criminal Complaint Case No. 3428 of 2005, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10, Azamgarh shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
