Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This compromise has not been verified by or on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5. Sri S.C. Srivastava, learned counsel representing the respondents, says that he has his vakalatnama for the aforesaid respondents and he would verify the compromise on their behalf. This verification should have been done when the compromise was sent to the Registrar General for its verification. However, office is directed to send back the compromise deed with record to the Registrar General for its varification by the counsel representing the respondent Nos. 2 to 5.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondent No. 2 has died and his heirs are already on record. A proper application for this purpose to substitute the deceased respondent No. 2 be moved within three weeks.
List thereafter only for substitution purpose. The verification of compromise, as directed above, shall be, however, remain suspended till substitution has been done.
