Heard  learned counsel for the applicant  and  learned A.G.A.

According to F.I.R and allegation the applicant was armed with pieces of brick and other with lathi. The post mortem report shows two contusions, one lacerated and two incised  wounds. Considering this I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicant Amar Chandra be released  on bail, in Case Crime No.641of 2005, under section 304 I.P.C, Police Station Kotwali, District Hamirpur, on  his  furnishing a personal bond  and two  sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction  of Court  concerned.
