Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri D.D. Kushwaha and the learned Standing Counsel.

In case the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.30,000/- within a period of two months and goes on depositing Rs.10,000/- per month till the entire dues is cleared off, no recovery shall be made against the petitioner. In case of default, the writ petition shall stand dismissed.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
