Heard  learned counsel for the applicant  and  learned A.G.A.

The fatal shot was fired by non-applicant  and not by applicant Rajvir. The shot fired by applicant Rajvir hit another person. Considering this I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicant Rajvir be released  on bail, in Case Crime No.75 of 2006, under sections 302, 307, 504, 506/34 I.P.C, Police Station Gonda, District Aligarh, on  his  furnishing a personal bond  and two  sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction  of Court  concerned.
