This is an  application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Kishan   indicted in case crime No. 48  of 2006 (G.S.T. No. 91 of 2006) under section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters  and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986     P.S Binchawan  District Mainpuri.

Heard Shri Abhijit, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A.  and have perused the record.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is on bail in all the three cases shown in the gang chart.

The learned A.G.A. argued that the applicant is a man of criminal antecedents and in case he is enlarged on bail, he will commit other offences.

I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.

The applicant having been released on bail in all the cases shown in the gang chart, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.  

Let the applicant  Kishan   indicted in case crime No. 48  of 2006 (G.S.T. No. 91 of 2006) under section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters  and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986     P.S  Binchawan  District Mainpuri,  be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
