Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within ten days thereafter.

In the meantime realisation of the impugned demand to the extent of Rs.1,16,906/- as per citation, annexure no.13 to the writ petition  shall remain stayed provided the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.30,000/- within one month and furnishes the security for the balance amount in the form other than cash or bank guarantee within the same period. In case of default, interim order shall stand vacated.
