Perused the Office Report dated 25.7.2006 (Item No.i ) in regard to failure on the part of the learned counsel for the plaintiffs-appellants -applicants to take requisite steps for issuance of notice in respect of Civil Misc. (Substitution ) Application No. 240614 of 2005 pursuant to the order dated 10.4.2006 passed by the Joint Registrar.
Sri V.K. Rai, holding brief for Sri Sankatha Rai, learned counsel for the plaintiffs-appellants-applicants prays for and is granted two weeks' further time for taking requisite steps pursuant to the said order dated 10.4.2006 passed by the Joint Registrar in respect of the aforementioned Substitution Application.
Notice will now be issued fixing 11.12.2006.
In case, requisite steps are not taken within the aforesaid further time granted today, the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.
