This writ petition is filed for directing the respondent not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner.

We have heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel.

If so advised, the petitioner may file Civil Suit for declaration or injunction.

With this observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
