HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Anjani Kumar, J.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has approached this Court by means of this writ petition being aggrieved by an oder passed by the Commissioner dated 13th July 2006 whereby the revision filed by the petitioner has been dismissed on the ground that no second revision lies and first having been dismissed the revision filed by the petitioners was dismissed summarily.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to demonstrate that the view taken by the Commissioner in any way suffers from any error much less an error of law apparent on the face of record.

In this view of the matter I do not find any force in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
