HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.

This petition was filed in the year 1994 by the petitioner who claimed to have been appointed as an ad hoc teacher, for a direction upon the respondents not to terminate his services till the regular selection was made by the U.P. Secondary Education Commission.

Due to lapse of time, the petition has become infructuous as till now either a regular selection may have been made or the services of the petitioner may have been regularised.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous. However, if the claim for regularization is still pending before the authorities then the same shall be examined in accordance with law.
