HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Anjani Kumar, J.

The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Board of Revenue whereby an interim order has been passed in a pending revision which is operative up to 18th September 2006.

Normally this Court do not interfere with the interlocutory order. The petitioner can approach the Board of Revenue itself for vacation of the interim order dated 5th July 2006 impugned in the writ petition on or before 18th September 2006.

In these circumstances it is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
