Learned counsel for petitioner made two fold contentions, firstly, impugned order was passed after more than five years of notification under Section 52 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act and, secondly, the order was passed without giving any opportunity of hearing to petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner referred to Paragraph 14 of the writ petition in this regard.

Issue notice.

Petitioner shall take steps to serve Opp. Party nos. 3 to 6 by Regd. Post within ten days.

List after service of notice.

In the meantime, parties shall maintain status-quo.
