Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Now the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the hearing of the bail application of the petitioner may be expedited and, if possible, the same day.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in case the petitioner puts in his appearance or is produced before the courts below and makes an application for bail in case Crime No.62306060062/2006 u/s 467,468,471 and 420 I.P.C., P.S. Cantt., district Allahabad, his bail application shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
