Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Now the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the hearing of the bail application of the petitioners may be expedited and, if possible, the same day.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in case the petitioners put in their appearance or are produced before the courts below and make application for bail in case Crime No.378/2006 u/s 323/504/324,498-A I.P.C. and ¾ D.P. Act, P.S. Bhelupur, district Varanasi, their bail application shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
In the case of petitioners No. 3, if the learned Magistrate does not find fit case to release her on bail, she shall be released on personal bond of Rs.35000/- each and she shall remain on the same personal bond till the final disposal of the bail application, if any, by the court of Session within a week thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
