4-Civil Misc. (Substitution) Application No. 114725 of 2006.

The aforementioned Substitution Application, shown at Serial No.2 above, has been filed consequent to the death of Bhullar (plaintiff-appellant No.1), inter-alia, alleging that Mewa Lal (sought to be substituted as the plaintiff-appellant No. 1/1), Munni Lal (sought to be substituted as the plaintiff-appellant No. 1/2), Bali Ram (sought to be substituted as the plaintiff-appellant No. 1/3) and Jai Ram (sought to be substituted as the plaintiff-appellant No. 1/4) are the heirs and legal representatives of the said Bhullar (plaintiff-appellant No. 1).

The aforementioned Substitution Application, shown at Serial No. 3 above, has been filed consequent to the deaths of the aforesaid Mewa Lal (sought to be substituted as the plaintiff-appellant No. 1/1) and the aforesaid Munni Lal  (sought to be substituted as the plaintiff-appellant No.1/2).

The aforementioned Substitution Application, shown at Serial No. 4 above, has been filed consequent to the death of Ram Karan (defendant-respondent No.3).

The aforementioned Delay Condonation Application, shown at Serial No. 1 above, has been filed, inter-alia, praying for condoning the delay in filing the aforementioned Substitution Applications, shown at Serial Nos. 2, 3 and 4 above.

The Applications, shown at Serial Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 above, are supported by an Affidavit, sworn on 17th May, 2006.

Issue notices on the aforementioned Applications.

Notices will be issued to the defendants-respondents Nos. 1, 2 and 4 and to the proposed heirs and legal representatives of the defendant-respondent No.3 as well as to the proforma plaintiff-respondent No. 5.

Notices will be issued by Registered Post A.D., fixing 21st December, 2006.

Steps will be taken by the learned counsel for the applicants in the aforementioned Applications within eight weeks, failing which, the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.

List on 21st December, 2006.
