Petitioners have filed Civil Suit No. 570 of 2005, which is pending in the Court of Respondent No. 3. Petitioners have also filed application for interim relief in that suit. Present writ petition is filed as no order has passed.

We have heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for respondents.

The aforesaid application may be decided  by Respondent No. 3 by a speaking order expeditiously.

With this observation, the writ petitioner is disposed of.
