The petitioner is retired on 31st January, 2006 on completion of 60 years of age and he has not been paid post-retiral benefits so far, for which he has made several representations. The last of which has been made on 19.6.2006.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, who represents the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to take a final decision in respect of the representation so made by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation is placed before him. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
