Jain states that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties in regard to the matter in dispute, involved in the present Writ Petition, as mentioned in the order dated 15th May, 2006, the petitioners do not want to press the present Writ Petition any further, and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the statement made by Sri M.M. Jain holding brief for Sri M.K. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
It is made clear that no liberty is being given to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action.
