Heard learned counsel for the applicant and  learned A.G.A.

Applicant has been granted bail in the main offences under Sections 302 and 120-B I.P.C, vide oder dated 3.8.2006.

Considering this I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicant  Niwas Maurya be released  on bail, in Case Crime No. 88 of 2006, under sections 3/25 of Arms Act,  Police Station Sarnath, District Varanasi, on  his  furnishing a personal bond  and two  sureties  each in the like amount to the satisfaction  of Court  concerned.
