HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

HON'BLE UMESHWAR PANDEY, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

An initial objection has been raised from the side of the opposite-parties that a revision having been valued at Rs. 1000/- in the memo of revision itself is not cognizable by this Court. The learned counsel for the revisionist has tried to satisfy the Court that the revision has been wrongly valued at Rs. 1000/- and it requires correction. An application to that effect may be moved by tomorrow. Before that, the stamp Reporter will also give the required report by tomorrow if on the present valuation given in the revision, the revision is maintainable before this Court or not.

Put up tomorrow.
