Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri V.K. Rai and the learned counsel for the respondents Sri Shatrughna Singh holding the brief of Sri Nripendra Misra.

In case the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs. 50,000/-with respondent no.5 within two months and goes on depositing bimonthly installment of Rs.20,000/- till the entire dues is cleared off , no recovery will be made against the petitioner. If the petitioner has already deposited any amount, the same shall be taken into account.  In case of default, the writ petition shall stand dismissed.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
