The petitioner is retired on 6th October, 2004 from the post of Medical Superintendent Community Health Centre, Bilsanda, District Pilibhit.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid the post retiral benefits such as GPF, Leave Encashment etc. The petitioner had also made a representation on 9th August, 2005, which is in the form of legal notice.
We have heard Shri P.K. Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel and have perused the averments made in the writ petition and its Annexures.
We dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding his grievances before the respondent no. 2 within 30 days from today and respondent no. 2 will decide the same in accordance with law within two months thereafter.
It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
Any amount, which is due and payable to the petitioner shall be paid to him within further period of 30 days.
