HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. K.N.Sinha,J.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and  learned A.G.A.

A perusal of recovery memo shows that  the applicant was taking  out a part of the vehicle. Even the accused  Bindoo,  who entered in to  the  campus of the field, did not name the applicant.

Thus, the role was confined only to the opening of the part of the jeep.

Considering this I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicant Gulab Chandra Vishwakarma be released  on bail, in Case Crime No.575 of 2006, under section 379 I.P.C, Police Station Bhadohi, District Sant Ravi Das Nagar, on  his  furnishing a personal bond  and two  sureties  each in the like amount to the satisfaction  of Court  concerned.

Dt.17.8.2006.
