The aforementioned Restoration Application (shown at Sl. No. 1 above) has been filed, interalia, praying for recalling the order dated 6.2.2006 dismissing the Second Appeal as having abated and for restoring the Second Appeal to its original number.

The aforementioned Substitution Application (shown at Sl. No. 2 above) and the aforementioned Delay Condonation Application (shown at Sl. No. 3 above) have been filed consequent to the death of Laxmi Chandra (plaintiff-respondent).

It is, interalia, prayed in the aforementioned Substitution Application (shown at Sl. No. 2 above) that Sonu and Pilloo, stated to be the sons of the late Laxmi Chandra (plaintiff-respondent), be substituted in place of the said Laxmi Chandra (plaintiff-respondent).

The aforementioned Application (shown at Sl. No. 4 above) has been filed alongwith a Supplementary Affidavit giving correct address in respect of the aforesaid Sonu and Pilloo, stated to be the sons of the late Laxmi Chandra (plaintiff-respondent).

It may be mentioned that Civil Misc. Application No. 196968 of 2005 has been filed in the present case on behalf of Kishan Singh (applicant), interalia, praying for being impleaded as the heir and legal representative of the deceased Laxmi Chandra (plaintiff-respondent).

Issue notices on the aforementioned Applications (shown at Sl. Nos. 1,2,3 and 4 above). Notices will be issued to the aforesaid Sonu and Pilloo, stated to be the sons of the late Laxmi Chandra (plaintiff-respondent) at the address mentioned in paragraph 2 of the Supplementary Affidavit accompanying the aforementioned Application (shown at Sl. No. 4 above).

Notice will also be issued to the aforesaid Kishan Singh (applicant in the aforementioned Civil Misc. Application No. 196968 of 2005).

Notices will be issued by Registered Post A.D. fixing 13.10.2006.

Steps will be taken by the learned counsel for the applicants in the aforementioned Applications within two weeks, failing which, the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.
