By the order dated 21st March, 2006, Sri T.A. Khan, learned counsel for the plaintiff-appellant-applicant in the Applications mentioned in the said order dated 21st March, 2006, was granted three weeks' time for supplying correct and complete addresses of the proposed heirs and legal representatives of Shujah Ullah Khan (defendant-respondent No. 3).

By the order dated 2nd August, 2006, Sri T.A. Khan, learned counsel for the plaintiff-appellant-applicant was granted one week's further time for supplying the said addresses.

Pursuant to the said orders, it appears that Civil Misc. Application No. 160036 of 2006 has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff-appellant-applicant.

In paragraph No.4 of the said Application, the addresses of the proposed heirs and legal representatives of the said Shujah Ullah Khan (defendant-respondent No. 3) have been mentioned.

Let fresh notices be issued on the following Applications to the proposed heirs and legal representatives of Shujah Ullah Khan (defendant-respondent No. 3) :

1-Civil Misc.Application No. 42616 of 2004.

2-Civil Misc.Application No. 42618 of 2004.

3-Civil Misc.Application No. 42619 of 2004.

Notices will be issued by Registered Post A.D., fixing 11th January, 2007.

Steps will be taken by the learned counsel for the plaintiff-appellant-applicant in the aforesaid Applications within eight weeks, failing which, the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.

List on 11-01-2007.
