Heard Shri Anil Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
With regard to his grievance relating to entitlement of higher pay scale, the petitioner had earlier made a representation to the Basic Shiksha Adhikari/ Basic Shiksha Parishad on 10.7.2001 filed as Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition. According to the petitioner, the said representation has not been decided as yet. It has further been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent developments have taken place after the filing of the writ petition, and therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation with regard to his grievances.
Considering the nature of the relief claimed by the petitioner and the grievances raised, it would be difficult to decide such issues in this petition, therefore, it is provided that in case the petitioner makes a fresh detailed representation along with certified copy of this order within a period one month from today before the respondent no. 2, Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Sant Kabir Nagar, the same shall be considered and disposed of the by the said respondent within a period of three months after verification of necessary facts from the concerned authorities and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the authorities.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
